Join Our Virtual Trainer Programme! | |||

What Does It Involve? Our Virtual Trainer programme gives you access to a qualified personal trainer who will create a personalised twelve week training programme suited to your individual needs, goals and motivations. Once you have signed up using our online secure Pay Pal application, you will then be sent a Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire and Food Diary to complete, to enable us to compile your twelve week personal training and nutrition programme. Once you have received this you then have the freedom to train as and when suits you, without the monthly financial commitment of a gym membership. If you prefer to train outside or want to avoid a particular exercise because you dislike it, that's fine with us!! Your programme will be designed to meet your needs, including your likes and dislikes, and to fit in with your busy lifestyle. Once you have recieved your programme here at Bryan Evans Fitness we will be on hand to answer any queries or address any problems that you may have, and we will send you a new exercise to incorporate into your programme every month as well as regular fitness news to motivate and inspire you! | |||
