Because we can.....
  • Develop a fitness programme to meet your personal long term or short term goals, whatever they may be.
  • Provide you with motivated personal training, nutritional advice and sport massage
  • Work with you in a location convenient to you, whether that be your home, work place or a local gymnasium.
  • Provide support, motivation and goal setting to achieve guaranteed results.

  • Did you know that in the UK alone, between 40% to 80% of all new gymnasium members quit the clubs within the first 6 months of membership because they do not achieve their personal goals. At Bryan Evans Fitness we can help you achieve your goals and more!

Bryan Evans Fitness can develop a fitness programme to meet your goals, whether they are short term (getting into that new bikini or wedding outfit), or the longer term (training for a marathon, or just staying in great shape). Regardless of your fitness level, or even if you haven't exercised before, now is the time to try! We can provide you with motivated personal training, nutritional advice and sports massage direct to your own home, work place, or gymnasium. You decide which.

Bryan Evans Fitness is based in Milford, Surrey. Treatments, training and consultations can take place at your own home or work place. Please contact us to discuss fees for these sessions.

It's better with a buddy. Research shows that people who work out with a friend or personal trainer are more likely to maintain their fitness regime than people who work out alone.

Bring a friend to a personal training session for free.
Our August offer allows
two of you to experience a personal training session for the price of one! (limited to one per client).

Exercise Of The Month

Medicine Ball Throw

Please ensure this is undertaken with a partner

  • Holding a light medicine ball in both hands, lie on the floor with your back flat and your knees bent.
  • Extend your arms beyond your head so the ball is just above the floor.
  • Your partner stands 5 to 10 feet in front of you ready to catch your pass.
  • Keeping your arms straight, curl your body up and throw the ball to your partner's hands.
  • Remain in the sitting position.
  • After they catch the ball, they should throw the ball back to you.
  • Lower yourself as you catch it.

  • Perform for 12-15 repetitions.

    Stretch Of The Month

    Cat Stretch

  • Position yourself on your hands and knees on the floor.
  • Very slowly, raise your head. As you do this, allow your abdomen (belly) to open downward toward the floor, and your back to dip into an arch.
  • Move only as far as you’re comfortable. Feel the stretch.
  • Then begin to stretch your spine in the opposite direction by dropping your head, your chin moving toward your chest, while your back raises toward the ceiling.
  • Move only as far as you’re comfortable. Again feel the stretch.
  • Repeat this movement back and forth 10-15 times. As you repeat, try to increase your range of motion.
