Spin Cycle / RPM

Bryan Evans is an internationally qualified RPM instructor and this qualification means that he can run spinning, also known as RPM classes in a range of local gyms with appropriate facilities.
This is the ultimate ride, whether 'pack' or one to one, with your motivating instructor who will lead you through a 50 minute interval training indoor cycle - the equivalent of a 20km ride through hills, flats, mountain peaks - all set to the addictive rhythm of both motivating and powerful music.
Using the resistance dial at the front of the bike you can choose your personal aerobic intensity and pace as you burn up to 900 calories per hour! Spinning has a range of benefits including increasing cardiovascular fitness, burning fat, and toning and shaping legs, hips and bum. Above all it is great fun!

Spin Circuits

This high energy, motivating 30-60 minute workout has it all. Spin circuits are a blend of calisthenics and resistance training with the calorie burning benefit of a spin class.

Do you want to get toned, gain strength and have fun? Acomplish it all with this dynamic and fun workout. Three minutes on the bike followed by one minute of muscle work out of the saddle. The cardiovascular workout is provided by working on the spin bike, followed by tailor made weights, toning, abdominal and resistance training.

Spin circuits can be adapted to suit your requirement, targeting weaker areas, taking into account injuries and both strengths and weaknesses.

Not only is it an adaptable workout but also enjoyable and effective!
